Imam Baldi

The cold snap and recent frosts have well and truely finished off the aubergine crop. So with the last of the fruit I’m making a recipe from my book called Imam Baldi. The recipe comes from my friend Kathy Tsaples @sweetgreekshop and is delicious, especially on these cold wintery days. Everything in this dish has come from my garden. It’s not that hard . Needs good crunchy bread to go with it .. doesn’t most things !!?
